Facilitator: Professor Robert Ghrist, Mathematics and Electrical & Systems Engineering
Convener: Thomas Brazelton, CETLI Graduate Fellow, Mathematics

Everybody is stressed out! Your students, you, me, everybody.  This meeting will feature a discussion on how to understand what your students may be going through, how to best serve them as teachers (without pretending to be their therapists!), and how to structure the classroom environment to allow students struggling with anxiety to do their best work.

All graduate students are welcome. This event grows out of concerns in the Mathematics Department and so may be most useful to students in related fields.Counts toward the CETLI Teaching Certificate.
