Being Proactive About Student Mental Health

Facilitator: Welton Chang, CETLI Graduate Fellow, Pyschology
Convener: Dr. Melissa Hunt, Psychology

Open to all graduate students. What is the scope of undergraduate mental health issues and how should instructors and TAs handle these issues when they arise? Are there ways in which instructors and TAs can be proactive in handling student mental health issues?

All graduate students are welcome. This event grows out of concerns in the Psychology department and so may be most useful to students in related fields.

Counts toward the CETLI Teaching Certificate.

Food will be provided. Please RSVP to welton@sas.upenn.edu for an accurate food head count
