Facilitator: Shantee Rosado, CETLI Graduate Fellow, Sociology
Convener: Professor Irma T. Elo, Sociology and Demography

Join us for a series of teaching workshops tailored to graduate students in Sociology and related fields. Penn sociologist Irma T. Elo will lead a workshop on how to incorporate quantitative readings and methods when teaching undergraduates. These interactive workshops—led in partnership with the Center for Excellence in Teaching, Learning & Innovation—are designed to prepare graduate students for college-level teaching and mentorship. Open to all Penn graduate students. No RSVP required. For questions, email CETLI Graduate Fellow Shantee Rosado at srosado@sas.upenn.edu. Attendance counts towards the CETLI Teaching Certificate.

*Light refreshments will be provided.

All graduate students are welcome. This event grows out of concerns in the Sociology department and so may be most useful to students in related fields.

Counts toward the CETLI Teaching Certificate.
