Time Management
Convener: Erynn Johnson, CTL Graduate Fellow, Earth & Environmental Science
Being a teaching assistant can be extremely time-consuming. Between teaching recitations or labs, grading, and holding office hours, it can be challenging to maintain your own coursework or research schedule as a graduate student. In this workshop we will discuss techniques for scheduling and time management for you (which may also be useful to your students). We will focus on how to make the most effective use of your time with students while allocating time for your other obligations.
Counts toward the CTL Teaching Certificate. Also counts as a follow-up workshop for SAS participants in TA Training.
